How do I know if we are going to be a good fit?
That’s exactly what the Discovery Call is for. It gives me a chance to understand what’s happening in your business, what’s on your mind and what you want to change. And it gives you a chance to ask questions, get to know me and see how I work.
In my experience, we can usually tell pretty quickly whether working together feels like the right fit.
Do I need to be in a particular industry to work with you?
No. My clients come from a variety of service-based industries. You are the expert at your craft. I don’t need to be better at your craft than you are. My role is to help you see the business around your expertise more clearly, identify what’s getting in the way and make better strategic decisions about what comes next.
Do I need to be at a certain stage in my business?
My clients come from different industries, levels of experience and stages of business. What matters most is that you want something to change or improve and you’re willing to look honestly at what’s happening in your business, consider new possibilities and take action.
What does the 6-Month Coaching Program look like?
The 6-Month Coaching Program is individualized to you and your business, with sessions either weekly or bi-weekly depending on the engagement. We’ll establish your goals, priorities and expectations together, then adjust our focus as your business evolves.
What happens in a Clarity Call, and can I book more than one?
A Clarity Call is a focused 1:1 coaching session where we’ll work through a specific issue or challenge you’re facing in your business. Depending on what you’re working through, one session may be all you need, or you can book additional sessions if you need more support.
What’s the difference between 1:1 and group coaching?
1:1 coaching is completely focused on you and your business, with individualized support based on your goals, challenges and what’s happening as you grow. Group coaching follows a more structured program, with the added benefit of learning alongside other business owners, sharing ideas and hearing different perspectives.
