But it doesn’t have to be. As your online business coach, I’m here to talk things through, share new ideas, challenge yours and tell you what I really think, even if it’s not what you want to hear.

my story
Business has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
My parents owned their own business, so I grew up seeing what business ownership really looked like behind the scenes. The responsibility, difficult decisions, and pressure to make it all work.
When I had my own baby, I was at a point in my career where there wasn’t much room left to grow. I wanted to be challenged again and do something that made better use of my experience.
When the opportunity came to leave my corporate job and start a business of my own, coaching felt like a natural fit. It brought together everything I’d learned from my personal and professional experiences.
I started out as a franchise owner and spent six years coaching small business owners before going independent and building the business I run today.
For the past 20 years, I’ve also been deeply involved in the wider business community, taking on leadership roles supporting women in business and launching and facilitating mastermind groups for women business owners.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is there's no one right way to build a successful business. So I’m not going to coach you like there is.
I’ll bring everything I’ve learned to the table, and we’ll use it to figure out what makes sense for your business and where you want to take it.
